West Sussex: Dane Bowers To Stand Trial

Dane Bowers's trial has been postponed until February after an assault at Butlins.

The 33-year-old singer from Surrey was the headline act at a 1990s night at the holiday resort in Bognor Regis when it' claimed to have happened on April 20.

The DJ from Coulsdon - who appeared on Celebrity Big Brother on 2010 - denies two charges of assault by beating.

His 31-year-old brother, Wade Bowers, also appeared in court in May and pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of cocaine but not guilty to three counts of assault by beating.

A third man, Terry Kean, aged 35, also pleaded guilty to cocaine possession but not guilty to using threatening words.

The court says the trial has been postponed to February 11, 2014.
