Big Town Showdown Winner
So over the past few months 78 people from across Sussex & Surrey have boldly fought to put their home town firmly on the map as the smartest town in Sussex & Surrey…but only one could take the title!
Sam took her hometown of Hailsham to the top with a super quick time of just 32.9 seconds, the quickest ever on The Big Town Showdown. Here is her winning round…
So to celebrate Jack made his way over to her house with the Heart Angels, a full choir of students from Heathfield Community College and Santa Claus joined them on his sleigh.
And no celebration is complete without lots of people to celebrate with! It seemed that half of the neighborhood came out to celebrate Hailsham’s victory.
Santa had a load of gifts for Sam’s daughters Flo & Maisey, thanks to the guys at Asda in Brighton Marina for helping to fill Santa’s sack this year.

And the gifts didn’t stop there, we sorted out Sam's Christmas dinner thanks to Jamie down at Malpass Markets. He put together an amazing hamper of meats including a turkey, leg of lamb and a lovely joint of beef.
And to top it all off we thought that since Sam is a single mum of 2 who is always on the go, we’d give her a little time for her to indulge herself!
The lovely people at Cisswood House Hotel in Lower Beeding gave her and a friend the ultimate treat, a very relaxing spa day and a treatment of her choice and she’ll even get to finish it off with a delicious meal in their restaurant.
