Jack's Zumba Class!

 

Jack was a Zumba instructor! Oh boy. Honestly, he didn't let us down. His routine was absolutely superb.

 

Tom and Nic and many many women joined him at the East Worthing community centre for his much anticipated Zumba class. There were lots of cheers, screams and of course thrusting. Wow there was so much thrusting.

 

Here is the video from the workout! Feel free to play it at home and join in! Let us know if it helps you lose some Christmas pounds. If not from the workout, then you'll definitely get some good tummy muscles from laughing!

 

Well done Jack! Maybe you should take this up as an extra job?!

 

Also this morning, it got a little bit deep and meaningful on the Heart Breakfast show.

Jack found a book that has been in the studio for well over a year called 'Every cloud has a silver lining'.

It's full of inspirational quotes to help you get through those tough times. Perfect for those January blues.
