Have you ever been on TV?

Whether it's Jeremy Kyle or Strike it lucky, tomorrow on Heart Breakfast we want to know when have you been on the telly box?

We're all excited here at Heart because one of our friends from the office will be on Location, Location, Location tomorrow night. Because of this Tom, Kaz & Jack are looking for the best TV appearance from somebody in Sussex & Surrey. 

We want to know why you were on, what it was like and if you won anything.  

Kaz used to be on TV before she joined Heart Breakfast (though she's a bit embarrassed about it now). We've managed to track down some of the footage of when she was a late night croupier.
