I currently live in Lewes with my wife Maxine, our daughter Sophie and my son Sebastian.

When I'm not at work I enjoy walking and running on the Downs or playing 18 holes of golf (often badly).

What’s been your career highlight? Winning a Silver SONY Award for Best Breakfast Show!!

What's the worst job you've ever done? Security guard at the races.

What's the best job you've ever had? Runner on a few big movies!

What are your passions and hobbies outside of work? Cricket! Cricket! Cricket!

Any interesting or little known facts about you? Was an extra in Casualty.

What's on your TV? Postman Pat...my son rules the TV..

What's your ideal holiday destination? Anywhere with a Ski slope.

How do you think your best friend would describe you? Tall, he’s really short.

What's your most embarrassing moment? Dressing as a woman and pretending to be a mannequin in a shop window. Thanks Jack.

If you were an animal, what would you be, and why? A bear... because I’m powerful, and like to sleep loads.

What superpower would you have, and why? Breathe fire...just like to be different.

If you could be a contestant on any game show, what would it be? Gladiators.

What do you love most about Sussex & Surrey? Great pubs in beautiful villages.

What makes you happy? Holiday with the fam.

What’s your idea of a perfect day? Lie in, pub lunch, game of cricket/footy, then a big meal out with friends....bed.
