Sky Summer Movies Mid Morning Promotion on Heart July 2012

RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to the on air ‘Sky Summer Movies’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 16th July to 20th July 2012 (“the Duration”) The "Radio Station" is Heart Network.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the On Air Competition:
The on-air presenter will play audio of child describing a film. Listeners will be asked to guess which film the child is describing.
To enter the Competition Entrants must call the Studio Telephone Line as announced on air.
Telephone Lines will open and close as directed on air.
One entrant will be randomly selected. The Entrant will give their response to the question.
If the Entrant gets the answer correct they will win the daily prize as described by the on-air presenter.   
If the Entrant gets the answer incorrect the next entrant is in play to answer the same question, and so on.
All winners will be required to talk on air.

Eligibility:
Winners must be aged 18 or over.
All entrants for all parts of the competition will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call with the presenter/s may be broadcast live. If any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected

Daily Prize:
•    1 x Sky World HD package consisting of:
•    1 x Sky+HD box
•    Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the conditions set out in the Prize Conditions below;
•    1 x 12 month subscription to Sky World and the HD pack (Package consists of Sky Entertainment Extra, 12 movie channels and six spots channels and also the 3D channel).
•    1 x 42” LG HDTV
•    1 x LG Blu Ray Home Cinema System

Additional Terms & Conditions:
1. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):
a)    Sky World HD package terms and conditions:  Each winner will be required to enter into three (3) subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract). After expiry of the winner’s 12 months' free viewing, unless the winner cancels or changes their package, giving 31 days or more notice, standard subscription charges will apply.   The current prevailing price for Sky World is £53 per month and the HD Pack is £10.25 per month– subscription charges are subject to change. Sky+ subscription is free while the winner subscribes to Sky TV (otherwise currently £10.25 per month i and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. The winner will need Sky+HD professionally installed even if the winner already has a minidish. Costs may apply for non-standard set-up. The winner must keep their Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line. If the winner needs a minidish the winner will be responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation. Multiroom is not included in the prize. Existing Sky digital customers will receive a free Sky World subscription, an upgrade to a Sky+ HD box and a free subscription to the HD Pack for 12 months.
b)    Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner's prize. Winners must redeem their prize within one year.  Failure by the winner to make an installation application within this time period could result in loss of Prize.  If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
c)    There is no cash alternative to the prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
d)    Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prizes if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.

2. The Promoter will ensure that the Competition Terms and Conditions shall reserve the right for the Promoter to substitute the Prizes for an equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond the Promoter reasonable control.  The Promoter shall exercise this right where reasonably instructed to do so by Sky (provided that Sky is responsible for supplying the relevant substitute prize(s)).

3. The Promoter will ensure that the Competition Terms and Conditions shall reserve the right for the Promoter to refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if in the reasonable view of the Promoter the entrant’s current or past conduct is (or has been) inappropriate, unlawful or offensive or is likely to bring the Promotion into disrepute.  If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. The Promoter shall exercise this right where reasonably instructed to do so by Sky.

4. The Promoter shall ensure that the Competition Terms and Conditions clearly specify that the Promoter will share each winner’s personal details with Sky and its authorised agents for the purpose of administering the Promotion.  

The Promoter shall ensure that the Competition Terms and Conditions shall specify that the Competition and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and that entrants irrevocably agreed that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Competition
