RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Game and Country Fair radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 5th April 2019 on Heart East Anglia and Heart Cambridge (the "Radio Stations").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an entrant must send a text message with the keyword stated on air to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air by the presenters.

4.    All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5.    The Heart East Anglia Breakfast Show and Drive Show and The Heart Cambridgeshire Breakfast show and Drive show will play a clip from a well know song that has been taken over by animals featured at the Game and Country Fair.  Entrants must text the station keyword along with the artist's name to 82122. One entrant with the correct answer will be selected at random on Breakfast and on Drive on each station as the winner. There will be four winners in total. One winner on each station's Breakfast show, and one winner on each station's Drive show (Heart East Anglia and Heart Cambridgeshire).

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

8.    Entrants must live in the broadcast area served by Heart East Anglia and Cambridge (the counties of Norfolk & Suffolk, NR, IP, CB postal areas).

Prize:

9.    Each winner (four winners in total, one on each station's Breakfast show and one on each station's Drive show) will receive:

  • A Family VIP ticket (Admits 2 Adults, 2 Children age 5-16yrs, Under 5’s Free of charge) to The East Anglian Game & Country Fair April 27th & 28th 2019 - Once the winner has been selected, Game and Country Fair will contact them to select which day they would prefer to attend the event.

  • Prioritised car parking and fast-track admission to the show plus entry into the ringside Members Enclosure.

  • Breakfast and three-course lunch in the Members Enclosure with a bottle of Prosecco and water (Breakfast and lunch for 2 x Adults & 2 x Children) - Once the winner has been selected, Game and Country Fair will contact them to book and order their food.

  • The chance to partake in 'Have-a-go activities' including Archery, Clay Shooting, Fishing and Rifle Range for 2 x adults and 2 x children – to participate with the Clay Shooting activity, children need to be age 9 or over. To participate in the Archery activity children need to be age 6 years or over - Once the winner has been selected, Game and Country Fair will contact them to select which activities they would like to book.

  • All day Family Wristband for K9 Aqua Sports for 2 adults and 2 children.

  • A Family pass for a visit to Euston Hall, Estate & Gardens (not able to redeem during the Game & Country Fair weekend) - this is for 2 x adults and 2 x children and for one visit. Euston Hall, Estate & Gardens is closed the weekend of the Game and Country Fair 2019. Euston Hall, Estate & Gardens is open between 10am – 2pm on the following dates: 6th – 12th May and 27th May (Hall access only on this day, no garden access), 17th – 23rd June, 26th August – September 1st, 17th – 22nd September 2019.

  • £100 cash - this will be sent via cheque to the winner's address within 28 days of the winner being notified.

10.  Full prize delivery will be discussed with the winners.

11.  Global reserve the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
