RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to the “Wynyard Hall Hotel” competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 11th November 2019 to Friday 22nd November 2019 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart North East.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details Of The Competition:
3. To enter the competition an entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk to register their details and answer a multiple-choice question. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 11th November 2019 and close at 23:59 on Friday 22nd November 2019.
4. One winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries and will be contacted by a representative from Global.
5. The winner’s name, address and email will be shared with Wynyard Hall Hotel to arrange the prize.
Eligibility:
6. The competition is open to persons aged 18 years and over.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person, duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
8. One winner will receive two tickets to the Wynyard Hall party night on 13th December 2019, an overnight stay that night for two people and £100.
9. The Christmas Party Night is on 13th December 2019 and takes place in The Grand Marquee at Wynyard Hall Hotel.
10. Guest arrival is at 7pm and each person will receive one welcome drink of Prosecco.
11. Included in the party is a three-course dinner, live band, DJ and entertainment.
12. The dress code for the event is smart/casual (no jeans).
13. The overnight stay will be in an executive double room at Wynyard Hall Hotel and is for 13th December 2019 only. Breakfast the next morning is also included. The room will be reserved for the winner by the hotel.
14. The winner and guest will also receive access to the Woodland Walk and Wynyard Gardens for the next day (14th December 2019) and free parking.
15. Spa access and treatments at the hotel spa are not included in the prize. If the winner and guest want to use these facilities, they would have to be arranged separately, booked in advance and paid for by the winner.
16. The winner will receive an email confirmation of their overnight stay booking and party night confirmation. This can be used on arrival at the reception desk.
17. The £100 will be in the form of a cheque and will be sent to the winner via post within 28 days of them being notified of their win.
18. The prize is non-amendable and non-transferable.
19. The prize is subject to availability.
20. There is no cash alternative available.
21. The prize does not include transport.
22. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
