RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘EStars featuring Fortnite: Brighton’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Tuesday 15th January 2019 to Friday 18th January 2019 on Heart Sussex & Surrey.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 03457 102 103 (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
4. On Friday 18th January 2019 a Fortnite question will be asked by the presenters on air during the breakfast show. Listeners will then be invited to call in with their answer for a chance to win.
5. One winner will be selected at random from all correct entries and go to air during the breakfast show to be told they are the winner.
6. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
9. One winner will receive 5 tickets to EStars featuring Fortnite on Saturday 19th January 11:00 am slot at The Amex Stadium, Village Way, Falmer, BN19BL and prize bundle.
10. The Tickets can only be redeemed on Saturday 19th January 2019; time slot 11:00 am. This time slot cannot be changed. Heart will contact the winner and inform them of where to collect tickets from at The Amex Stadium.
11. One attendee must be aged 18 or over. Any children U16 (12-15) are allowed to take one parent/guardian for free, anyone who requires assistance is allowed to take a carer for free.
12. The prize bundle includes 5 x EStars snapbacks, 5 x EStars powerbanks and 1 x Turtle Beach headset. This will be given to the winner on the day.
13. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
