RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Win 4 x VIP tickets to Ladies Day at Wolverhampton Racecourse’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 13^th May to Monday 19^th August 2019 on Heart West Midlands (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk and register their details.  Online entry will open at 06:00 on Monday 13^th May 2019 and close at 10:00 on Monday 19^th August 2019.
2. Entrants must correctly answer the question at heart.co.uk to be entered into the prize draw.  Winner will be selected at random from all correct and valid entries. Winner will be contacted by telephone to arrange prize distribution. If incorrect telephone number is provided, or selected entrant does not answer their telephone within a 24-hour period, another winner may be selected.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

1. One winner will win 4 x VIP Tickets to Ladies Day at Wolverhampton Racecourse on Saturday 31^st August 2019. Each ticket includes: racecourse admission, access to VIP marquee adjacent to the stage, race card, three course choice meal and arrival drink, table service for food, drinks and betting facilities, reserved table for duration of the fixture and concert. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no cash value and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash. No employees of ARC group or Global can enter or win the competition. Entry to this competition does not affect your statutory rights. Under 18s can enter the racecourse, but they will not receive a racecard, for gambling purposes. Under 18s will also be eligible for an arrival drink but they will be served a soft drink.
2. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
