RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Celtic Manor – Celeb Cup radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from on Friday 17th May 2019 on Heart Bristol, Bath & Somerset (the "Radio Station").

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 03456 88 88 77 (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated, and another Entrant selected at random.

5. The presenter is going to list off 5 famous people in a row. This will be timed, the exact time will be announced on air. One of those celebs listed will be a famous golfer. As soon as the golfer is mentioned the contestant has to say Golf! The golfer could be the first name mentioned or the last name mentioned so the listener must be prepared. If the contestant says Golf to the correct famous person they will win. If not, another entrant will be chosen to play until a winner is found. The producer’s decision is final.

6. The winner will be announced on air.

7. Entrants must be age 18 or over.

8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9. One winner will receive an overnight stay at Celtic Manor Resort with breakfast, dinner and a spa treatment.

10. Full prize details:

• The one-night stay is for two adults aged 18 or over, sharing a bedroom

• The stay includes breakfast and dinner in the Olive Tree -  3 courses per person from the a la carte menu does not include drinks. Any supplements, extras or drinks will be charged to the winner

• The stay includes a spa treatment per person - A choice of either Forum facial or Forum massage and use of the Forum spa facilities  throughout the stay and after treatment

11. Travel costs and any other additional meals, beverages and activity charges must be settled on departure by the winner.

13. The prize must be taken within 12 months of winning subject to availability.

14. No cash alternative will be offered.

15. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
