RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at (http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Basildon Towngate Theatre’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 14th October 2019 to Sunday 1st December 2019 on Heart Essex (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to www.heart.co.uk, register their details and answer a question.
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 14th October and close at 23:59 on Sunday 1st December 2019.
5. One winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries and contacted by Heart.
Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
7. One winner will receive a family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 16) to see Dick Whittington at the Towngate Theatre and a cheque for £300.
8. The tickets are valid for The Dick Whittington performances at the Towngate Theatre, Basildon only and cannot be exchanged for another production.
9. The winner must pre-book their tickets and these are subject to availability at the time of booking.
10. The family ticket can be used on any of the following performance dates: Sunday 1st December 2019 to Thursday 19th December 2019, and then from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th January 2020.
11. The prize is non-transferrable and has no cash value.
12. The £300 cheque will be sent to the winner from Global within 28 days of selecting the winner and you will be contacted by the Box Office team to book your tickets.
13. Once a performance date has been selected and booked, it cannot be moved to another date
14. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
