The Royston pilot whose plane crashed at the Shoreham Airshow in 2015 is to face trial next week.
Andrew Hill is charged with 11 counts of manslaughter by gross negligence - and one charge of recklessly or negligently endangering an aircraft, under air navigation laws.
The 54 year-old, from Sandon, has been at the Old Bailey today for a pre-trial hearing.
Mr Hill, who is on unconditional bail, pleaded not guilty to all the charges relating to the crash in August.
Those who died were Maurice Rex Abrahams, Dylan Archer, Anthony David Brightwell, Matthew James Grimstone, Matthew Wesley Jones, James Graham Mallinson, Mark Alexander Reeves, Jacob Henry Schilt, Richard Jonathan Smith, Mark James Trussler and Daniele Gaetano Polito.
