 WIN with Spinningfields on Heart North West, February 2019

RULES

 1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and

conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ ) (the “ Competition

Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to

‘WIN with Spinningfields’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 08/02/2019 to

14/02/2019 on Heart North West (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted

the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

 3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk/northwest/win/win-withspinningfields-

this-valentines, register their details and correctly answer a multiple choice

question. Online entry will open at 13:00 hours on 08/02/2019 and close at 13:00 hours on

14/02/2019.

4. Winner will be selected at random from all correctly answered entrants. Winner will be

contacted on 14/02/2019 by telephone number provided. If winner doesn’t answer they will be

called again 2 hours later. If winner fails to answer twice another winner will be selected at

random. The same process will be repeated until a winner accepts the prize.

Eligibility:

 5. Entrants must be 18 or over

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the

Competition.

Prize:

 7. Prize is offered as a package & cannot be exchanged for any cash value. It includes:

7.1. Meal for 2 at Australasia, Manchester. Includes mixed sushi selection, a choice of 1x

sharer from the Robata grill, a choice of 1x sharing side, Valentines dessert bento

selection & a bottle of house wine. Prize can only be redeemed on pre-booked table for

6pm on Saturday 16th  February. Booking is not transferrable. Cannot be exchanged for

cash or credit. Guest must notify the organizer in advance of any dietry requirements or

allergies/intolerances.

7.2. 1 x bouquet of flowers from David Wayman Flowers. These will be waiting in Australasia.

7.3. 1 x box of hand decorated cupcakes from Hey Little Cupcake. For allergen advice please

8. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

 9. Any opt-in’s to 3rd  party marketing will be shared with Spinningfields.
