RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Where Home Matters’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd February 2019 on Heart South Wales.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 03456 88 88 77 (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5. Each weekday from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd February 2019, our presenter will reveal the first half of a postcode on-air (e.g. CF10). The telephone lines will then be opened for listeners to call in who live in the postcode shared on air. 

6. One entrant who lives within the specified postcode will be selected to play at random. This entrant will then be asked to answer a rugby-themed question. If the entrant correctly answers this question then they win the prize. In the event of the entrant answering the question incorrectly, the lines are reopened and another entrant selected at random from the same postcode and so on until a winner is found.

7. The winner will be clearly announced on-air.

Eligibility:

8. Entrants must be age 18 or over.

9. Winners will be required to show proof of address when collecting the tickets. This can be in the form of a household bill addressed to the winner within the previous three months.

10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

11. Each day, one winner (5 winners in total, One pair will be won each day, Monday – Friday) will receive a pair of tickets to Wales v England at Principality Stadium, Cardiff on Saturday, 23rd February 2019. Kick off is at 16:45. 

12. Tickets must be collected from the Global South Wales office based at the Red Dragon Centre, Cardiff Bay, CF10 4DJ on or before 22nd February 2019.

13. No cash alternative will be offered.

14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
