RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘win £1000 gift card from the Original Cottage Co’ online competition (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 13th September 2019 on Heart West Midlands (The Radio Station).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must text in the keyword as given by the Drivetime presenter for Heart West Midlands during the show on Friday 13th September 2019. The open and closing time for the text entry will be given by the presenter. One entrant will be selected at random and taken to the air to play. The entrant will be required to correctly identify the answer to the question to win. If the question is answered incorrectly another entrant will be chosen until the correct answer is given.
Eligibility:
4. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or above.
6. To be eligible to take part in this promotion, entrants must live in the areas served by Heart West Midlands. Postcode areas: B, NN, CV, WR, HR, DY, WV, WS, TF, ST.
Prize:
7. A £1000 gift card supplied by the Original Cottage Co for any Original Cottage Co breaks up to the value of £1000. No change will be given for stays with a value of less than £1000. For stays with a value greater than £1000, the balance difference will be payable by the winner. Standard booking terms and conditions apply – https://www.originalcottages.co.uk/booking-conditions.
8. The prize is non-transferrable.
9. Choose your favourite holiday home from ANY of the properties in the portfolio and book your favourite before 31st December 2019, using your gift card, on holidays starting on or before 31st December 2020. All dates are subject to availability.
10. The gift card will be sent via email within 28days from being awarded a winner.
19. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equivalent value.
