Heart Bristol, Bath & Somerset - Ramsdens FGF Terms & Conditions

RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heartfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the ‘Check in to Win”radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 8^th – 12^th April 2019, (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is heart Bristol
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

3.1 Listen to Heart Breakfast Friday 12^th April between 06.00 – 10.00 .

3.2 The presenter will announce when the competition lines open and close.

3.3. Listeners will be required to call in to enter. The phone number is 0345 481 00 88.

3.4 The opening and closing times of the phone line will be given out on air. If you call after the closing time, you won’t be entered but may still be charged. Global Radio is not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network which may delay the delivery of your call to us.

1. Once the phone line has closed one entrant will be selected at random from all the correct entries and called back. If entrants fail to answer their phone, are driving, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.
2. Winning entrant will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air.
3. The contestant will have to answer a question about the value of two particular currencies.
4. If the contestant fails to answer the question correctly, the cash prize will be lost. The producer’s decision is final in all cases.
5. The prize amounts will be determined in advance by the producer. 

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
2. Entrants can only enter once, duplicate entries will be removed prior to selecting entrant to play.

Prize:

1. The one off prize is €500 in cash.
2. The prize is non-transferrable and can be redeemed from Ramsdens The Galleries, Bristol branch within a 4-week period from the date of the win.  Winner must produce ID to collect cash
3. Global reserved the right to substitute the prize for an alternative at any point at its absolute digression.
