Local train firms do badly in trust survey

Train firms in Herts, Beds & Bucks have come BOTTOM of a list of rail companies you can trust

According to Watchdog 'Transport Focus', the worst performer - based on trust - was Southern - followed by Great Northern and Thameslink.

Parent company of the three operators, Govia Thameslink Railway, said in a statement "this report reflects issues surrounding the timetable changes last May."
