Amanda Holden wants to help you propose on Heart Breakfast

With 2024 being a leap year, it's the perfect reason for us to help you ask that special person a very important question.

On Heart Breakfast on the 29th February, we’re celebrating the Leap Year in an epic fashion, and we need your help.

This is usually the time where all traditions around proposals go out the window and so we want you to propose live on Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden.
