RULES
•    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Aer Lingus’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 15th July – 21st July 2019 on Heart Network and on Capital Network (the “Radio Station”).
•    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
•    Go online to https://www.heart.co.uk and https://www.capitalfm.com and register their details.  
•    Online entry will open at 00:01 on 15th July 2019 on and close at 23:59 21st July 2019.
•    To enter the competition, an entrant must complete the online pairs game, themed around American landmarks.   
•    One winner will be randomly selected from all entries (across Heart and Capital Networks) and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.  

Eligibility:
•    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
1 x winner will win:
•    1 x pair of return flights to New York
•    £2,000 spending money in the form of a cheque.

Conditions:
Prize terms and conditions:
1.    There is no cash value or alternative to this prize which is non-transferable.

2.    Frequent Flyer points or miles cannot be accrued on flights.  

3.    Transport to/from airports not included.

4.    Prize includes flights for 2 people, travel must take place by 31st July 2020 excluding peak holiday periods (mid-term break, Christmas, New Year etc.)

5.    Booking must be made at least 3 weeks in advance of departure.

6.    Flight tickets are for economy class only.

7.    Flight Tickets will only be issued by e-mail.

8.    Aer Lingus reserves the right to change its schedule at short notice and in such an event passengers will be advised via e-mail.   

9.    While every effort will be made to facilitate the winners with their requests for specific travel dates, Aer Lingus reserves the right to choose specific flights and dates.

10.    All flights are subject to availability and it may be difficult to obtain first-choice flights during peak travel periods.   

11.    Global to provide Travel Insurance.

12.    Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel. Any necessary visas (including ESTA) are responsibility of winner and guest. The winner should check with their local authorities regarding passport and visa requirements.

13.    The prize winner must be aged 18 or over. Aer Lingus Limited reserves the right to require proof of age and evidence to verify the identity of an entrant at any time.

14.    The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.    

15.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
