T&Cs (Burst 3)    Gousto on the Heart Network – April 2019
RULES
•    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the Gousto radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from  Monday 15th April – Sunday 28th April 2019 on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
•    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
•    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.heart.co.uk, register their details and an answer a multiple-choice question.
•    Online entry will open at 00:01am on Monday 15th April and close at 23:59pm on Sunday 28th April 2019.
•    1 x winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.  

Eligibility:
•    Entrants must be 18 years or older.
•    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
1 x winner will win the following prize:
•    Bosch Full Size Dishwasher
•    Hot point Free standing Combination Microwave
•    Google Home Hub
•    Smeg Stand Mixer
•    6x months’ worth of Gousto products

Prize Terms and Conditions:
•    Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
•    All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
•    Gousto will provide a prize as follows: 6 months of free gousto (6 months of Gousto is calculated as; a family box(four portions) of four meals sent once every two weeks, with a current (at the time that these terms and condition were published) total retail value of  of £620.75) (the Gousto Prize).
•    The Gousto Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
•    By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound, where applicable, by Gousto’s terms and conditions for sale of goods as set out on its website from time to time (https://www.gousto.co.uk/terms-and-conditions).

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
