RULES
• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Chiltern Railways’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 5th – Sunday 11th August 2019 on Heart West Midlands and Heart Thames Valley (the “Radio Stations”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
• Go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details.
• Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 5th August and close at 23:59 Sunday 11th August 2019
• To enter the competition, an entrant must enter the ‘Zoom To Win’ game, where they will have to search the 360 image to find the Chiltern Railways Chicken. Once they click the chicken it will take them straight through to the competition entry form.
• One winner will be randomly selected from all entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing.
Eligibility:
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
• All entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
Prize:
1 x winner will win:
A couples’ day out in London including:
• Return train travel for two adults to London with Chiltern Railways including a London travel card zones 1-4
• Admission to Kew Gardens for two adults
• Lunch at Oblix the Shard for two adults
• £200 spending money
Conditions:
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas and New Year.
• Travel will be by Chiltern railways train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
• London Zones 1-4 travel cards are based on 2 adults. London Zones 1-4 travel cards cover unlimited travel across London Zones 1-4 for 1 allocated day. The passes cover travel across London by the underground trains, the overground trains and all London buses.
• Tickets for Kew Gardens are based on 2 adults. Kew Gardens open daily at 10am-7pm.
• Lunch at Oblix the Shard is based on 2 adults enjoying a 3- course meal from the signature tasting menu, 1 glass of wine per person and mineral water.
• Spending money will be directly transferred to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details via NDL. Transfers can take up to 5 days.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
• This prize is non-transferable nor refundable in whole or part.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
