Train passengers reveal the things that annoy them most

A survey by Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire train firm - East Midlands - suggests one of the biggest things annoying passengers - is being held-up at the ticket-gates.
Research also found some of the other irritations when commuting includes leaving bags on seats (38%), not using headphones when watching TV and films on phones and laptops... and eating smelly food (28%).
