Fenland arrests - 1 charged 1 cautioned

After two people were arrested on Friday morning in Fenland; police say one's now been charged and the other cautioned.
Following police getting reports from members of the public about a car in Whittlesey being used possibly for drug offences; officers arrived and arrested two people - an 18 year-old from Norwich and a 44 year-old woman from Peterborough.
UPDATE
The 18 year-old, Jamie Proctor from Glenmore Gardens in Norwich has now been charged with possessing an offensive weapon (knuckle dusters, pictured) in a public place.
He is due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court at 10am on 1 May.
A 44 year-old woman from Peterborough has been handed a conditional caution for possession of class A drugs.
