A man from Northampton's wanted after failing to appear in court.
Paul McConnon - who also goes by the name of Paul Pender - and from Spanslade Road - is charged with actual bodily harm and possessing a weapon.
Transport Police arrested him after an alleged crime on a train at Tring - in August 2017.
The 40 year-old also has strong links to Peterborough.
