36 of Kent's parks and outdoor spaces parks have been awarded Green Flags for excellence.
The international scheme, run by Keep Britain Tidy in the UK, recognises well-managed and accessible parks and green spaces.
Judging criteria includes range of facilities, standards of cleanliness and maintenance, how accessible they are and how they are managed.
Parkss being recognised this year include The Grove in Tunbridge Wells, Riverside Country Park in Gillingham, Duncan Downs in Whitstable and Samphire Hoe between Dover and Folkestone.
Nationally a record breaking two-thousand parks and outdoor spaces have been recognised across the country.
