EU citizens in Cambs warned over scam status

With Brexit approaching, whenever that maybe, Trading Standards are warning EU citizens in Cambridgeshire to beware of people offering you help to apply for settled status.
The scammers want paying for their assistance but it's FREE to do it online
From Friday (29th March), EU citizens wanting to stay in the UK, after December 2020, you'll need to apply for settled status with a FREE application online.
Trading Standards in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough say support is available from many local community groups.
