Men found in van on M5

Around 30 people were found in the back of a van this morning.
They're all thought to be from Vietnam and police were first alerted after a crowd were seen getting off a boat in Newlyn Harbour on Friday morning shortly after 7am.
Devon and Cornwall Police say the van and a second vehicle were then pulled over in Devon, near junction 28 of the M5, closer to 9am.
Four men have been arrested on suspicion of offences under the Modern Day Slavery Act. Three men have been taken into police custody. One of the men has been taken to hospital and remains under police guard.
The National Crime Agency, Border Force and Immigration Enforcement and other relevant partner agencies have been informed and are assisting police.
