Woman attacked for her bag

A woman's been attacked by two men in South Oxhey who tried to steal her handbag.

She was walking along Chilwell Gardens last Friday when the pair pushed her in the back causing her to fall into the road before trying to take her bag.

When the victim refused to let go she was punched and the would be robbers ran off empty handed.
