Man Attacked in Ramsgate

A man's been attacked in Ramsgate.
Police were called to reports of an assault on Harbour Parade near the sea front at around 3AM on Friday.
When officers arrived, they founf a man in his 40s with head and facial injuries.
He was taken to hospital for treatment.
At the scene, a 24-year-old man from Gravesend was arrested on suspicion of assault and affray.
He was further arrested on suspicion of criminal damage after the officers' car was damaged.
Detectives say he's still in custody.
They're asking to speak to anyone with information.
