Man held suspected of attempted murder

A man's been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a collision between a pedestrian and van in Hemel Hempstead.
The 23-year-old from Abbot's Langley was held by Police following the incident in Cherry Orchard on Saturday night.
The pedestrian is in a serious condition in hospital.
