Heart is proud to support Run Norwich 2019, which takes place on Sunday July 21st. 

Run Norwich is now completely SOLD OUT! However, we've managed to get hold of the last 20 places for Heart's charity; Global's Make Some Noise, and the ballot to apply for one of those places is now open! 

How to enter Run Norwich 2019

Entries to run for Global's Make Some Noise open on Monday February 11th at 09.00. It's free to enter to anyone over the age of 16 on race day (21/07/19) and who wishes to run for Heart's charity, Global's Make Some Noise. Entrants must commit to raising a minimum sponsorship target of £150 for Global's Make Some Noise. About Run Norwich

Run Norwich is a 10-kilometre road race, organised by the Norwich City FC Community Sports Foundation (CSF), that takes place in the heart of Norwich’s beautiful and historic city centre.The route passes some of the city’s most iconic landmarks including Norwich Castle, The Forum, Norwich Cathedral, and many more.

This year’s Run Norwich will return on Sunday 21st July 2019. The inaugural event took place in 2015, and since then thousands of runners have taken to the city centre streets for the annual race. A record 7,000 runners entered Run Norwich 2018, which took place on Sunday 5th August.

About the course

The course has been designed to create a unique experience in Norwich for runners and spectators, with music and entertainment at the start and along the route. The race is for runners of all abilities, so whatever your level of experience, your entry is welcome!
