Appearance fees for the celebrities who enter the jungle can vary depending on how famous they are or what value they will bring to the show.
In 2017, the disparity between the contestant's salaries varied widely with Amir Khan reportedly taking home £250,000 while Georgia Toffollo, who went on to win the show, was only paid £13,000.
For the 2018 series, it's reported that late comer Noel Edmonds is on the verge of signing a contact to appear on the show for £600,000, which if confirmed would make him the highest paid celebrity ever.
Meanwhile, former football coach Harry Redknapp was reportedly secured with a deal for £500,000.
While ITV bosses may be willing to splash the cash to secure the top stars, the celebrities won't receive there cheque unless they've completed at least 72 hours in the jungle.
