Ferne McCann teases her new fitness DVD for the new year

The former TOWIE star and I'm A Celeb campmate is launching her DVD 'Fit as Ferne' is released on Christmas Eve.

Despite being on the telly and bringing up her little girl Sunday, 1, Ferne McCann still has lots of time to dedicate to staying in shape and now she is sharing her secrets with fans.

And her DVD, 'Fit As Ferne' is coming out at a perfect time - Christmas Eve! So get ready to work off that turkey!

Speaking about her exciting new project Ferne said: “I’m really excited to be releasing my first ever fitness programme - Fit as Ferne. It’s THIS workout that helped me lose my baby weight."
